Enter information ONLY on the monthly sheets, NOT the Summary!!

There are formulas set up in lots of places, and for anyone who is not familiar with excel, you could get into trouble if you accidentally delete one of the formulas.  So-I suggest that nothing be typed in on the summary sheet (first sheet).  That page is designed to be pulling information from each of the months.  DO NOT TYPE NUMBERS IN THE SUMMARY SHEET.  

The individual months are broken down by date. You can insert a line on the monthly sheets if you have more than one expense per day. Inserting lines will not interfere with the formulas. 

Once you've input data on a month, you will see the totals appearing in the summary sheet. This way you can see right where you are at by looking at the summary sheet, and check each month for more details.
